Can I try before I buy?
Of course. It's no cost to you to sign up with a FREE account. After that, you will have an option to continue to use or upgrade to a plan of your choice.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Not at all. Every new account starts off as a FREE account. The only time you will need a credit card is when upgrading your plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are secured through Stripe, and we don't store ANY financial information related to you. Plans are automatically billed electronically every month for the plan selected.
Can I pay for the entire year upfront?
Yes, if you like to subscribe by the year, any plan is offered at a discounted rate. We want users to feel comfortable with their budget, and if they need to leave for any reason, there isn't any commitment whether by month or year.
Are there any restrictions or qualificaitons needed?
Unfortanetly yes, at this time we are only open to businesses based in the United States. But do not fret, we will be opening up to other countries soon.
Can I change my plan later if I need more people?
Definitely. Just as SaladBowl grows, we allow you to grow with us. If you sign up as a single user, upgrading is easy and adding new users will simply add to your monthly bill.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope. You can cancel anytime. We understand times can be tough and some things don't always fit the budget. Certain restrictions apply to downgrading plans.
Will my data be safe?
Absolutely. Any personal or financial information is all stored in isolated environment and all the data is encrypted.
I have Client Portal Access, do I have to pay for everyone?
Nope! Guests are intended for users external to your organization, if you add people outside your organization as users they will be billed as paid users.
Do you offer White Label support?
